i think i want to buy this dress but i have no idea what size i am?

i just measured myself... these r the measurements
31 1/2 bust 26 waist 31 hip
they dont seem to fit with the size chart, i have like no boobs to hold it up if i get a bigger size to fit my waist
what size should i get?
also do u like th dress?
The dress is killer if definitely get it-however you are definitely not a large please do not get those sizes it will be a pain for you and the alterations lady that has to keep you from drowning in your dress. If you check out the formal dress size chart on the site you are right between an extra small and a small but your bust is a bit bigger than the extra small and since the dress is empire waisted the tightest point will be directly under your bust not your waist so fitting your bust should be the main concern here. So double check your measurements again at the widest point of your bust and then go from there.
