the Japanese culture puts a huge pressure on all their people to be successful. LOTS of Japanese people seem to have breakdowns when they fail. It's part of their society.
No. It's NOT her fault for not producing a male. Hasn't that been proven by now?
But that doesn't make the people dislike her any more. She's a commoner, and that makes for an extremely difficult life, as we saw with Princess Diana, as well. Being thrown into that lifestyle, the publicity, the fishbowl quality of it all, I wouldn't want it!
